Fitvids Return Policy
Effective for all orders placed on Fitvids official website
Overview
At Fitvids, our core goal is to match you with products that fully meet your expectations. If your purchase doesn’t satisfy you for any reason, we offer a straightforward, customer-friendly return framework with up to a 60-day risk-free return window.
To initiate a return:
- Send an email to our customer support team with your formal return request, your full order number, and a clear reason for returning the item(s).
- Our team may request photos or videos of the product for internal verification; providing relevant visual evidence will speed up your return review.
- Once approved, we will issue a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which is mandatory for all return shipments.
Universal Return Rules (Applies to All Returns)
- All returned merchandise must be sent back in its original factory packaging and resalable “New” unused condition.
- Products returned used, damaged, opened, missing original packaging/accessories, or otherwise not in “New” condition will incur a 15% restocking fee, deducted directly from your total refund.
- No return shipment will be accepted without a valid RMA number clearly marked on the outside of your return package.
- After we receive and inspect your returned package, refunds will be processed and issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds are contingent on our post-delivery quality inspection of returned goods.
- You are responsible for arranging shipment of returned items to the designated return address provided alongside your RMA number.
- All assembled items must be fully disassembled and repackaged exactly as you originally received them. Failure to repackage properly may result in additional handling fees.
- We highly recommend shipping returns via a trackable, insured courier service. Fitvids is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages while in transit back to our warehouse.
30-Day Risk-Free Return Policy (Continental US Only)
Eligible for all website orders delivered to the contiguous United States. You may return any eligible product within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your package, subject to the below benefits:
- No restocking fee for items returned unopened, unused, in original “New” condition
- Fitvids covers return shipping costs for qualifying eligible returns
Non-Returnable Exclusions for 30-Day Free Returns
The following items are excluded from our standard 30-day risk-free return program:
- Special-priced clearance items
- Flash sale limited-time discounted products
- Bundled set promotions (partial returns of individual items from a bundle are not permitted; full bundle return is required to qualify)
Exception for damaged/defective goods: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with manufacturing flaws, the above return exclusions do not apply. Contact our customer support immediately, and we will coordinate a customized resolution for your issue.
Returns Submitted 31–60 Days After Delivery
We allow returns within our extended 60-day return window (31 to 60 days after receipt of your order). Two return options are available for opened merchandise; you may select your preferred solution:
Option A
- Full return shipping cost deducted from your final refund
- 10% restocking fee applied to all opened products, subtracted from your refund amount
Option B
- No return shipping charge deducted from your refund
- 15% restocking fee applied to all opened products, subtracted from your refund amount
Order Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your newly placed order:
- Reach out to us via email: bellaqiu@bancoresy.com, or our website live chat, within 1 hour of checkout and before 12:00 PM Central Time.
- Full order refunds will be processed if cancellation is confirmed before your order enters our shipping fulfillment queue.
- If your cancellation request is submitted more than 1 hour after placing your order, your order will proceed to packaging and shipment and can no longer be cancelled. You will need to submit a return request following our standard RMA return procedure after receiving the package.
- If you refuse delivery of your shipment, Fitvids will deduct outbound shipping expenses from your eventual refund.
